Sharie and Chris Charlson Married April 24th, 2004 Planning a wedding is hard, and this is coming from a guy's perspective. We found Donovan and his band earlier on, and we excited to have them at our wedding.  We didn't want a corny DJ, basically we wanted to hear the music we liked but in a live format.  The band was great!  We had compliments from everybody at the wedding, from old to young on how great they sounded.  It made our wedding a blast, we danced  all night, had the dollar dance, first dance, a friend of mine sang with him, etc.; we have only good memories. I  would highly recommend him and his band, it would be something that you would not regret. ~ Chris Charlson

In our business we host a lot of parties and celebrations for our team and the biggest challenge we have is finding quality entertainment. This year in Minneapolis was no different, as we had to find a good band for our convention. I decided reluctantly to use the internet for my search. I came across Donovan Kovar who sounded, by his website description, as just what I was looking for. First of all Donovan got back to me almost immediately upon contacting him which impressed me right away. He helped me decide quickly what would be best for our function (he has a few options from a one man show right up to the full band, which we decided to go with) Booking him was easy. He worked with our host facility to make sure that was all set a head of time so we just basically had to show up and have a great time. I can tell you that he and the band he had with him were top notch. In fact the best I have ever had at a function of this sort. The had a vast play list which they performed flawlessly and even though they took breaks between sets it seemed as though they never stopped playing!! They went almost a solid 4 hours straight and the crowd loved them. We had about 350 people at this event and Donovan really got things rolling......within the first hour the dance floor was full for the rest of the night.
