Hi Donovan,

I apologize for the delay in sending this as it is important to me that you are aware of how incredibly pleased we were with your recent performance at our wedding reception.

The entire evening went smoothly for us and thankfully the weather was also working to our advantage. So many details went unnoticed by many of the guests. We have heard so many wonderful comments about the reception and quite frankly, I wouldn't have changed a thing.

However, it was you and the group that really made the evening special for everyone.
I heard so many people commenting on the band and as you know, the HUGE dance floor was literally packed for 5 hours, with every age of guest. I have passed your name on to several people who just want to hear you play.

Donovan, I can't thank you enough for the wonderful entertainment that you brought to our reception. You made the entire evening so special for both Chris and me. Working with you has been absolutely effortless. I appreciate your professionalism in so many ways, your follow-up and attention to every detail was important as there were so many to consider when planning an event of this size.
